I bought the 700x40c, but mounted they only measure 36mm wide (on Mavic T221 rims). Rather disappointed. Also the packaging said made in India.
On the plus side, they are reasonably supple, and have a pleasant rubber smell. They ride ok, but could be smoother on tarmac. I wish I bought Panaracer or Continental instead.
