Solid pump that seems to be well made. Like most hand pumps the max psi is probably nowhere near what it promises but I can get around 70psi easily enough so it works for me. It pumps smoothly and without much effort even over 60psi. I got caught in the rain with the pump in my jersey pocket and noticed it became difficult to pump after, I had to wipe off the piston to fix it so the tolerances seem to be pretty tight as there couldn�t have been much dirt or residue on it. Also I�m really not a huge fan of using the pump head with presta valves, I bought a presta to schrader adapter so I wouldn�t have to extend it and it easier to work with now. Overall this is one of the better hand pumps I�ve used but of course it�s not perfect, for the price I do recommend it though.
This pump is total garbage. It does not work with any valve with a removable core. When you try to unscrew the pump from the valve it takes the core out with it and deflates the whole tire. In the end it actually broke the whole valve on my back tire in the middle of a ride. Now I get to take the whole rear tire apart and spend more money including a new pump. Absolute garbage.
I have not found any small pump able to achieve >80psi and doubt it is possible. That being said this pump is the best of the ones I have owned, very small, light, and has a built in valve stem tightener which is great since they often loosen up due to the screw on hose attachment.
I bought this pump as an impulse purchase due the size of the pump being easily fit in my jersey pocket. What was a unexpected benefit was how easily it attached to the valve stem and could be removed when pumping was completed. The pump also delivers good volume per stroke. Would recommend and buy again.
