Besides a quick & easy use before & during a long bicycle ride. I use it in the web & palm of my hands under my gloves. I also use it on my hands inside of my gloves while shoveling snow in our Minnesota winters. My hands always perspire & Body Glide prevents chaffing or callouses all year round.
