This was an easy and cheap replacement on a Michelin tube. I must have bent the end of the old core with the pump (would still hold air but made pump attachment difficult). The old one was easy to remove by hand and this was easy to install by hand. Functions as good as the old core.
Worked great but its very expensive for what it is
I have broken off a few valves over the years and it works well just to replace the valve stem rather than the entire tube. I also have started to use tubeless tires on my gravel bike and these work well to replace the old valve stems.
Been using Stan's for over 5 years on my gravel bike
With no issues. Easy to remove and to add more air.
My experience with these valves has generally been good. You need to be careful with them so they don't get slightly bent or "crooked."
I ordered these as a "have on hand/just in case" and not more than 2 weeks later I needed to replace the valve core as the original one became clogged with sealant. Way cheap insurance to get you back on the road!
Always good to have a couple on hand.
Needed to replace old worn out cores . These did the trick
It's a valve core, it does it's job. Eventually, they can seize up and need replacement.
When you run tubeless with sealant you're eventually gonna get some gunky buildup and small leaks from the valve core. Always good to have an extra laying around when you need it.
Previous cores got kunked up with sealant. These replacements fixed the problem
It's worth it to pay a little more for Stan's Replacement Presta Valve Core. They are made much better (stronger, better materials) than other brands.
