I got these as an affordable, but still of acceptable quality, wheelset for commuting. I've put a few hundred miles on them so far and they've held up quite nicely. Clearly they're not for racing, but nonetheless they feel both stiff and fairly aerodynamic. And with a nice understated aesthetic. I have no brand loyalty, so I can compare these, quite favorably, to other wheels I've used in the past including Shimano, Fulcrum, Ritchey, Campy, and other Mavics. Granted, they're not Italian luxury, but I can't see anyone being disappointed with them as a training or commuting wheelset, especially for the value. I'd even consider touring on them.
