I haven't needed to make any major rotor adjustments with this tool, but at least for the minor tweaks I -have- needed it for, it's been very easy and effective.
I don't use the fork often but when I do it's amazing. It's a nice tool to have in the back of the toolbox, when you do needed it helps out so much.
Never had problems with my breaks squeaking except after hard fast descents and needing to scrub off bunchs of speed at sharp corners and the like, then they would squeak like crazy. I used this tool to straighten them a bit, no more problems!
