Speed Shop Wheels:
Speed Shop 2 (202): Designed and built inside the wind tunnel in order to make a premiere, lightweight, stiff climbing wheel. For 2009, Zipp spec'd the 202 with the all-new 88/188 hubset and moved to external spoke nipples for easier service with no aero penalty. As always, Zipp's VCLC and Carbon Bridge technologies that ensure that the 202's ride is comfortable, smooth, and rock-solid. Excellent choice for mountainous events or when the number one priority is weight! Just hold on to your hats when you start to descend as the 32mm rim is going to catapult off the front!PowerTap Pro SL+ Wireless Price: $2443
700c only
32mm rim depth
Tubular weight 810g (rear)
Speed Shop 3 (303): Are you a lightweight rider that gets blown around in every cross wind or wants to have an extremely stable, yet aerodynamic wheelset? The Zipp 303 is an excellent choice in the rear when the 58mm Zipp 404 rim is a little too much to have! The Zipp 303 wheel preserves nearly all the aerodynamic advantages gained from Zipp’s deeper rims, while maintaining a super low weight. In fact it is still only 101 grams heavier than the Zipp 202! Precision handling, superior stiffness, and a 44mm rim that will have you riding in confidence in even the most technical and windy conditions.PowerTap Pro SL+ Wireless Price: $2443

44mm rim depth
Clincher weight 1078g (rear)
Tubular weight 862g (rear)
Speed Shop 4 (404): Without a question the most popular wheel in the triathlon and cycling world. To put it simply, if you were sent on a round-the-world mission to win as many events as possible and could only bring one wheelset, this would be it. That was before Zipp took the 404 back to the wind tunnel to make it even better! Using the knowledge gained from the Sub-9 and 1080, Zipp redesigned the rim shape resulting in a 3 watt savings (9 seconds) over a 40km TT! In addition with Zipp's new 88/188 hubs the 404 spoke count has been reduced, thus improving aerodynamics and saving weight.PowerTap Pro SL+ Wireless Price: $2443
58mm rim depth; redesigned to save you an additional 9 seconds in a 40km!

Speed Shop 8 (808): The Zipp 808 is faster than a tri-spoke and with 28% less side-force for better handling in the crosswinds. Hundreds of hours in and out of the wind tunnel devoted to develop the Zipp 808’s 82mm rim and optimize the position of the ovoid rim cross-section. For this year the 808 features a newly redesigned rim which is even faster, saving 9 seconds over a 40km TT! In addition with Zipp's new 88/188 hubs the 404 spoke count has been reduced, thus improving aerodynamics and saving weight.
