I've used this diary for five years, every year I have done a triathlon--it's awesome to write, by hand, what I can easily see in Strava or Garmin Connect. Somehow, keeping track this way personalizes it more, makes me think more about it--and gives me the opportunity to add notes (that I can see unlike online programs). The helpful tips, the race logs at the back, and the long introduction has really helped me through the years understand Triathlon better. I LOVE THIS
