product description
The Torhans Aero 30 Bottle is the most technically advanced aero hydration bottle in the world. The Aero 30 has been extensively tested in the wind tunnel and no detail was over looked from the patent pending AeroFlow Straw to the XFlow-fill-on-the-go cap. This bottle is more aero then having nothing at all. How is that? Well the Aero 30 has a 72 degree trailing edge with dual mounting channels that will mesh perfectly with the headtube of most triathlon and time trial specialty bikes.

The Aero 30 bottle is BPA free which ensures that you will not experience that bad plastic taste or ingest harmful chemicals.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE BOTTLE ONLY which allows you to match it with the Torhans Reverse Mount

Feature and Specifications:
  • Holds 30oz
  • 72-degree trailing-edge bottle
  • AeroFlow™ straw housing & straw
  • Aero Mount purchased separately
  • Improved no splash quick fill cap

As with the others above there is nothing better than getting drenched with gatorade while riding over 20mph. This happens on the smallest of bumps and tried filling on the go and the top came off with my water bottle when finished filling.
    fits nice between aero bars
Can't stop fluid from coming out Straw is to big and doesn't slide in or out without force

Do not use in Windy Conditions!!
    July 1, 2014
With it's sail like structure this product becomes very unstable in windy conditions. Using this bottle during windy conditions such as cross winds and head winds will make the whole front end of the bike shake at speeds above 20 mph. Very scary! I got rid of the bottle and had no more problems.

    Look Elsewhere!
    January 24, 2014
Had the same issues as described with the straw coming loose, I actually lost the aero straw piece on a ride, but from then on I did not have trouble with it coming out. What I disliked the most was the leakage and splatter/shower I got during rides. I was sticky, bike was sticky, nothing like gatorade drying on your bike in 90 degree heat. Makes for a fun post ride cleaning ritual. Great idea and cool looking bottle just to much leakage. I recommend looking elsewhere for a aero hydration system.

Works but straw has to be taped
    August 28, 2013
It works, but like everyone else, the straw pops out on any type of rough road. Not to mention you will have spillage through the top. If it's just water no big deal, but if you have a sports drink then it makes everything sticky.

Best aero bottle that i've tried, and i've tried them all. what i like is that it doesn't fly off the mount and is very secure and easy to use.

    Nice design, does spill.

This is a great bottle with a large capacity; however, even with the solid cap on the bottle it leaks and splashes on the bike. Worth the hassle due to the aerodynamics and large capacity.

    Terrible Design
    April 27, 2013
This is a terrible product. Ride on anything with a few bumps and the straw falls out of the holder. In any sort of competitive environment, when you would likely be using this bottle, its impossible to fix the straw without getting out of position, stopping or the least slowing down and wait for it to happen again. I ended up throwing it off the bike half way through. Waste of money, Trisports should not even carry this product.

    Design flaws
    October 8, 2012
As with other reviewers, the straw housing must be taped or glued in place. I also had problems with the splash guard when refueling. It either gets pushed into the fluid container or comes out stuck to the bottle that you are refueling from. I am going to try and glue this too.

As the other reviewer mentioned i have issues with my straw/holder coming loose when on bumpy roads, my solution is to tape it down. Also have the same issue with fluid sloshing around and getting all over the bike and myself. Had an issue with the area the velcro goes in snapping off but the manufacture took care of it via warranty. Plus to them. Its could be an excellant product if it wasnt for having to rig up fixes for it.

Great if no bumps in the road
    May 20, 2012
Everything is great about the bottle except for my drink all over my bike. Also affected my bike performance while racing as the straw & holder came undone too many time to count. Not safe when going downhill at a high speed.
Constant leakage, Straw and holder dislodge
