    A great, everyday resource

    Sage Roundtree had a podcast once upon a time and I would use those practically everyday to help in my recovery from workouts. This book easily replaces those podcasts (minus the gentle music) and offers much more.
    Pros:
    A great way to warm-up, cool down, and help with recovery.

    Great compliment for your training

    We've found that yoga is a great way to compliment our running, and for several years we've incorporated yoga to strengthen our core and improve flexibility. Sage Roundtree's book The Athlete's Pocket guide to Yoga is comprehensive and covers everything we need in one tidy little book. It includes warm-up and cool-downs for workouts, strength routines, restorative routines, flexibility sessions, breathing exercises and meditations.
