Syntace SLS Aerobar
The Syntace SLS Aerobar is the world’s lightest aerobar featuring biomechanically superior, shock absorbing armrests (Syntace patent). Through continuous refinement, the weight has been reduced to 338g (size M) and performance has been enhanced to legendary Syntace quality.
Tuning ex works
New, high-load tolerant aluminium alloy with reduced, load adjusted wall thickness. Ultralight clamp base features “stay-put” titan screws. Additional weight reducing milling in the bottom of the handlebar and clamp. Wear-resistant, cold hardened Eloxal surface.
Ergonomically Superior
Ideal riding position, combined with minimized air resistance, reduce fatigue and increase rider’s capacity for speed. The Syntace SLS promotes an energy conserving posture by allowing your hands to loosely grip the handlebar ends and supporting your arms (with biowing armrests) just before your elbow - exactly where you need it. Your upper body rests fully relaxed in the aero position. With SLS correct seat position, riding just becomes easier...

Combined with parallel grips and outstanding posture features, the Syntace SLS cuts a fine figure on the racing cycle as well as on the triathlon machine.
Suspended Comfort
With the included shock absorbers the Syntace SLS offers you more than 8 mm of controlled vertical travel beneath your forearms. Syntace's Zytel forearm cups won’t swivel out of position, so once they’re set on the elastic wing-shaped jibs they will stay.
Perfect Fit
The Syntace SLS installs with a single 5 mm Allen wrench and fits all standard handlebars. The SLS offers three ergonomically optimized sizes instead of a generic ”One-size-fits-all” product. Space between armrests is infinitely adjustable by 85mm.
Internal Cable Routing
Completely internal cable routing of gearshift cables. (The cables come out on the back of the aero bar minimizing drag.
Full-Size Performance
Syntace uses 24.0 mm diameter tubing to ensure compatibility with all racer- and triathlon-mounted components. Adapter for 31.8 mm available. (...on the real sense of the oversized 31.8 mm diameter we don't wanna comment here). 26.0mm clamp diameter.
Personal Cockpit
Syntace's large selection of adapters and accessories let you arrange the cockpit just the way you want it.
To determine the appropriate size for you, measure from your elbow to your knuckles while making a fist (see inset diagram). Follow the size guidlines below:
