Swim Power II Instructional Video

The sequel to Swim Power, Swim Power II helps take swimmers of all capabilities to the next level by combining power and position to create a synergistic effect for improved performance. Steve Tarpinian, a former national level swimmer and veteran triathlete as well as a member of USAT's National Coaching Commission, will demonstrate for you the proper technique of swimming and drills. Swim Power II also features demonstrations by other top national swimmers and triathletes such as: Rip Esselstyn, Marc Grabisch, Jenna Shoemaker and Amity Hall. DVD only.
