Volume 1 - Spinnervals Snow Angel Series Volume 1 (Shown in picture) is the beginner level series of workouts is the perfect transition from inactivity to consistent exercise. The exercises involved are multi-joint and multi-planar in nature, thus allowing for a greater degree of carryover to real-life situations. My ultimate goal is to show you how strength training can enhance your personal health and improve your quality of life.

1 The Core Stabilization workout is a 30 minute, total body strength program with a primary focus on torso stabilization. Use this routine to enhance your posture and stabilize your low back.
2 The Leg and Glute workout is designed to teach you how to properly use the largest muscle group in the body, the legs. This 30 minute lower body workout will teach you the basics of proper squat technique along with the concept of reducing un-necessary pressure on your knees and low back every time you bend over.
3 The Arm and Shoulder workout is focused on upper body strength and is designed to enhance the functional capacity of both your shoulders and arms. This 30 minute workout will show you how to safely transform your arms and shoulders back into shape.
It’s time to repair and rebuild the metabolism that has been damaged by years of yo-yo dieting and inactivity.

Volume 2 - Spinnervals Snow Angel Series Volume 2 is an intermediate level video is designed to improve your fat-burning potential by increasing strength and therefore enhancing your metabolism. Whether you’re trying to fight off osteoporosis, change your body composition, get stronger before the next multisport season, or simply increase your level of confidence, this video is the key to enhancing your overall health and individual quality of life.
This video contains (3) different workouts, each with a specific purpose.
1 - The Core Stabilization workout is a 30 minute, total body strength program with a primary focus on torso stabilization. Using the concepts of functional, balance and proprioception training, this routine will strengthen your core musculature.

Volume 3 - - Spinnervals Snow Angel Series Volume 3 is an advanced level video is designed for both the competitive multisport athlete and recreational exerciser. The workouts are very anaerobic in nature and will push your strength levels to new heights.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Dale Benedict is a graduate from the University of Louisville with a degree in Sports Management/Exercise Science. He is the founder and co-owner of The Training Studio, a comprehensive private fitness training facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Dale has spent the past 12 years designing and implementing successful training programs for both beginning exercisers and seasoned athletes utilizing his expertise in total body functional strength.
