    Surprisingly Durable Lightweight
    October 13, 2014
The fact that this shoe is so light is well known. Still I was surprised at just how light it is. Complaints I've seen come from the durability of the Flex Film upper. I have had zero issues with tearing or holes after 100+ KM. I was concerned about wear in the forefoot and midsole after my first few runs, but the wear seems have slowed since then. This is NOT a cushioned trainer. It offers more cushioning than you would expect from such a shoe, but it is not a Pegasus. This shoe is meant to be a rocket ship and it is. Running in this shoe, I shaved 15 seconds/KM off my times and my legs are noticeably less tired only having to move an 8oz shoe. Be prepared for the offset if you have never had a 4mm before. It was hard to get used to for me at first. If you are looking to make the move to a race-ready show, this is a good choice.
    Pros:
Weight (or lack therof) Transition from forefoot to midsole
    Cons:
    Durability (maybe) Lack of cusioning
