Race Gear Guide - Run

Once youíre out of T2, youíre almost done! All youíll need for the run is your shoes (and socks if you donít have triathlon specific shoes) and a race number belt. Itís also not a bad idea to have a hat or visor to keep the sun off of your face and keep you cool. Depending on how long the race is, donít forget your gels and make sure you stay hydrated at the aid stations! Once you cross the finish line youíll be relieved to be done and amazed that you did all the training to reach that moment . . . and you might just be a little addicted and sign up for another one!
