Nathan's Speed 3R - Nathan's Speed 3R is a great race nutrition belt. The three flasks are great to hold your gel or hydration. There are pockets for electrolyte pills, with no Velcro for easy access. The pocket is large enough to hold your "Special" gels (Wink Wink) and your keys to keep things in line for yourself. There are no zippers so you do not have to fumble trying to get in here. The belt sits on your hips nicely and it does not feel like you have it on. There is minimal movement from the flasks--outside of the fluid inside the flask.
