Outstanding Shoe!
September 27, 2012
I have used this shoe for 2.5 years, and it is the only shoe that I own. I have ridden 5,000 miles in these shoes in both triathlons (mainly Oly distance) and training. These shoes are very easy to get in to and very comfortable. I don't wear socks with them and they have never caused any issues.
Pros:
Well Ventilated, Durable Sole
Best Uses:
Long-distance riding, Everyday riding

Nice Shoe, prefer women's
September 14, 2011
I tried these and the Shimano WT-52 women's specific. Nice shoe -They are nice and light weight and fit well everywhere but the mid foot where the strap tightens. I had some bulk in the upper material when tightening the strap down, but I have a narrow foot. Went with the Shimano. I wear a woman's 8-8.5, and size 40 fit perfect in both shoes.
Pros:
Very light weight, Well Ventilated
Cons:
Bulky for narrow foot
Best Uses:
Biking

Really light and easy entry on bike.
August 14, 2011
These replace an 11 year old pair of Sidi T1 s and they are a HUGE improvement in weight and sole stiffness. I use them only for Triathlon races and leave them on the bike. Wow, are they easy to get into! The straps are a bit long but don't seem to interfere. I am using them with speed play pedals and I have to adjust them all the way over or the shoes would be too close to the cranks. Oh, their price is more then reasonable.
Pros:
Stiff sole, Easy entry, Lightweight, Well Ventilated
Cons:
Straps to close to cranks
Best Uses:
Racing

Good, All-around tri shoe
August 12, 2011
As a member of the TriSports.com staff, I was provided this product at no charge to test and review. This is a great all-around tri shoe. I usually go with the women's specific tri shoe but this one fit a bit better for me. I have a size 10 running shoe and I am in a size 42 in this tri shoe. I prefer to wear without socks and in the summer my feet swell a bit on longer rides and I still had enough room in this shoe. These are very easy to put on/off in transition. The have mesh material throughout the top of the shoe to allow air to flow and keep my feet cooler on those hot days. I did have to cut the right velcro strap about a half an inch. It was too long and was rubbing with every pedal stroke. That was very easy to do and did not compromise the the velcro strap.

Wanted to like them but returned them
May 23, 2011
I wanted to like these shoes but their design made it impossible. They are light as described but the shoe feels too loose around the foot. I know tri shoes aren't as tight as road shoes but too much energy was wasted during the pedal stroke. Sizing smaller would have made my toes hit. Straps too long and hit crank, no arch support, not that stiff. My advise is to get LG top of the line tri shoe the Carbon Tri HRS. Much better product, but for a higher price. You will be glad you went with the better product.
Pros:
Well Ventilated, Look cool, Simple to Use, Very light
Cons:
Too loose everywhere, Cant be tightened enough
Best Uses:
Triathlon

Louis Garneau Tri-lite
April 21, 2011
Shoe is great, light weight and comfortable, but the right shoe flap rubs against my right crank; I might have to cut the flap and make it a little shorter, so that it does not rub.
Pros:
Good Traction, Light weight comfortabe, Well Ventilated, Simple to Use, Good for Walking, Durable Sole
Best Uses:
Everyday riding, Sprinting, Long-distance riding

Louis Garneau Tri-Lite Cycling Shoe
January 27, 2010
The sole is not as stiff as I would have liked. Also the shoes is very wide and does not offer any type of arch support. In the toe box of the shoe there is a seam that is very uncomfortable for my toes. I returned the shoes and plan on continuing the search. These shoes aren't worth the money due to comfort and sole stiffness.

i personally think albert is wrong but the only problem is how the right shoe gets caught up in the chain and gets all greasy.
