TriSports.com is proud of the fact that we have shipped to every continent in the world, and ship to over 50 countries in any given month. We are experts in international shipping, and we offer multiple options for shipping your order. Orders are processed in the order received, and all in stock orders received by 1pm EST will be processed and usually shipped the next day. Please note: We only accept PayPal for all international orders over $500.00.


Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship any aerosol items or CO2 internationally. Selection of these items may delay your order as we attempt to contact you to modify your order.

Certain manufacturers restrict shipment of their products to locations outside of the US. These brands include, but are not limited to: 2XU, Aquasphere, Asics, Bell Sports, Cateye, Camelbak, Compex Muscle Stimulators, Louis Garneau, Nite Rider, Polar, Speedplay, Suunto, Tacx Trainers, Thule and Zone3.

Orders over $1000 require the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent. This specifically includes all bikes.


UPS Worldwide Express
Our express shipping options are our most popular and are what we recommend. This is both insured and trackable, and usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive to most locations. Time in customs may increase this estimated time, and please note that we do not have control over that. Please note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.


FedEx International Priority
Our express shipping options are our most popular and are what we recommend. This is both insured and trackable, and usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive to most locations. Time in customs may increase this estimated time, and please note that we do not have control over that. Please note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.


International Economy Airmail (IEA)
IEA is a less expensive option, in most cases, but is not trackable. Packages can take as little as 1 week, but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive at your location. During that time, we are unable to tell you where the package is and when it will arrive. If your package does not arrive within 6 weeks, please contact Customer Service to initiate an insurance claim. Shipping charges are not covered, and if an order does not arrive, you will be responsible for new shipping charges via an express service. We will not ship via IEA again if a package goes missing. IEA is limited to a max order value of $300. If your order is above that amount, please select an express option. Please note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.


International Shipping Information
Occasionally, the shipping amount listed on your order may not be accurate due to the dimensions of the package. In this case, we will attempt to contact you to make you aware of any additional charges, but if we do not receive a reply within 1 week, we will cancel the order. Please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-520-884-8743 or by email for more information or if you have questions. Only the FedEx & UPS shipping methods are trackable, however, all methods are insured. If you would like to know in advance of your order how much the shipping will cost with the various methods, you can enter the items into your cart and then scroll down to our shipping calculator. Enter your info and select a shipping method and the system will return the cost. Occasionally, as mentioned above, there may be a discrepancy if the item is oversized or if you are ordering a large quantity of items that require a large box, but in most cases, this amount is accurate. If you supply an insufficient address (i.e., no apartment/ suite number, or no business name) and your package is returned or we are assessed an additional fee from our shipper to deliver your package, you be billed for all charges. If all items on your order showed in stock and we discover any discrepancy, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to let you know of the problem. TriSports.com does not cover or upgrade shipping if contact is made within a reasonable amount of time.


For us to correctly process your international order, you may be asked to provide additional identification. You will be contacted by email in regards to these requirements. We understand that some of these procedures might feel restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders, we have had to implement these procedures. We only accept PayPal for all orders over $500.00.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of goods shipped.


If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.


Backorder Shipments
Our usual practice when an international order contains a backorder is to hold the order until all items are available. If you are placing an order that does contain a backorder, you should be aware of that already through our website, plus we will inform you via email. If you do want to receive the in-stock items ahead of the backordered item(s), we can certainly do that; however, please be advised that there will be additional shipping charges assessed, and we will make you aware of such charges before charging your card. We will only ship ahead an international order if instructed by the customer.


Overweight/Oversized Items
Additional charges will apply to overweight/oversized items like bike boxes, wheels, trainers, workstands or other large boxes. This is called dimensional weight and additional fees are assessed when the dimensional weight of a box exceeds the actual weight. If additional fees apply, we will contact you immediately to make you aware and get approval on any extra charge.
