Used these for this season and now the gel is breaking down and sticky. Very Comfy, but not long lasting.

Fizik Tri Gel Replacement Aerobar Pads

Initially I though they were great. They were comfortable, didn't hold sweat/odors like other pads. But after a couple of months use they become so tacky that your arms stick to them until you sweat enough to lube them up. Then when it turned cold and I wore a long sleeve top, they were a MAJOR saftey hazzard as the shirt stuck to them as I came out the aerobars. Eventually they stuck to my sleeve's so bad, that upon trying to come up from them the velco released from the armrest with the pads still stuck to my sleeve's.
