works great. I even tried to run a couple miles, while wearing them in my shoes, after my swim and although they were squishy for the first 1/4 mile they seemed to dry out some.

Great for cold water swims.

I used these for the Beach2Battleship 140.6 triathlon this past November. The water temp was about 64 degrees and my feet were nice and comfortable in these booties. They were also great for running to transition.

Since I live in the northeast, where the water is COLD, especially at this time of year, I thought I would give the socks a try. I wore them yesterday in an olympic distance race, the water temp was 57.9 F, and the bottom was muddy and nasty as you walked into the water. I had not worn the socks prior to the race at all. They were wonderful! I was comfortable the whole time, never even noticed I had them on, AND it made running through the rocks and shells on the beach to the transition area a piece of cake! Nice product!
