Great Training Journal

This training journal is not like all the other plain-Jane journals where you simply log your workouts. This journal provides guidance and questions to help you reflect on your workouts and nutrition. Each week there's a "think about" and a "recap" section to get you thinking, along with space to log workouts with details. There's motivational quotes and space to reflect on goals, as well as what's working/not working in your training.
Motivational quotes. Reflective prompts. Adequate space for writing detailed workouts.
Wish this were spiral bound to make writing a little easier.
